We started making progress in 1999.

The military messed up Nigeria so much, and wasted our oil money by embezzling it massively, and incured debts so high.
Instability was the order of the day.

It was pdp under NOI that got debt cancellation and allowed you to start on a clean sheet.

It was pdp that created the EFCC, ICPC, SEC, and many fundamental agencies driving Nigeria today.

What went wrong is when Buhari came in 1983 as military and 2015 as civilian.
