With great optimism I started saving with piggybank. I downloaded the app in September and set a safe lock savings that I set to expire on the 31st of December 2018.

Since the 1st of January I’ve been testing to withdraw from the app to my account, initially there was a prompt saying I can’t withdraw to the account I suggested because it doesn’t tally with my name on the app, I then updated my account and tried to withdraw and since then till now it’s one story of the other. To make things worst I’ve sent them mail upon mail only one mail has been replied to by piggybank staff. Lastly, their phone number never goes through. I just can’t believe that in this day and age I could be scammed.

Now there’s no way to reach out to them. They’re now like a ghost. Please anyone that has their contact please reach out to me. Thank you

Sir I’m not in Lagos. So I’ll have to travel all the way to Lagos. But when I was paying them, I didn’t travel down. This isn’t fair at all.
