The plateau communities should form comunual watch groups especially in the nights,they should always go to man strategic positions ahead n around the villages at least to identify on coming marauders n alert their villagers,the retired military personnel amongst them can teach the villagers how to set Bobby traps to serve as advance warning systems, so that even if they can not fight the attackers they can at least run n save their lives instead of depending on government security that is not helping them or even compromised.
