This is the only "language" some fraudsters do understand.

A fraudulent laptop seller here, after collecting my money, sent me a defective laptop. When I informed him, he asked that I look for a laptop technician to fix it. I refused this offer, sent his laptop back and requested for my money back. Initially he accepted to refund after making some flimsy deduction. This I agreed. He later informed me that he will not do a refund and dared me to fish him out.

It took the intervention of a Military man for this laptop dealer to do a full refund.

And what if that person is paying the other but gradually and has paid over 60% within a month.? Does this still deserve a threat from the military who ought to be at the war fronts.
