Followme744:Cos the dad may not necessarily be an immigration expert. It's like a building technologist trying to advice a mechanic on how to fix a car. Even though both may have science background, but they're not related |

Wizplynfrosh:Well...it is true but you dad has to file petition for you to do that he must be either Legal Permanent Resident or United States Citizen. He will need to prove you are his children. The length of time it will take for you to be interviewed at the Embassy thumb printed etc depends on your ages and marital status. If you are under 21 (say 18 or younger) then it should take at most 2years If you are over 21 and single then 7years If you are over 21 and married then 14years. These are years you will wait to get interviewed. During that time you dad will pay fees fill forms and other things. Embassy may also require dna tests too. Unless there is anything fraudulent or lies in your application then you shouldn't be denied. |
