How can billions of Naira is always allocated to fight insecurity and some pot bellied service chiefs and generals are siphoning this money into their private pockets. I think the best to approach Gboko Haram insurgency, is to remove military hands from fighting Gboko Haram and handover to Mobile Police. I don't see anything Nigeria Army has been fighting since many years back and they couldn't end the insurgency till update. If not there using the Nigerians to playing games.
