I am following this thread closely so as to serve as a guide to me. I am starting my second project at the end of this month and I want to complete everything within a month. It's going to be a 5 bedroom bungalow... 6500 blocks, 350 bags of cements, 3 tippers of granites,10 tippers of sharp sand, water tank and borehole all already paid for. Happy stumbling upon this thread I have done building contract as a site contractor, hopefully will be overseeing another building after easter ( 3storey building) location enugu state.... Hopefully I will learn 4rm this thread and improve on areas of correction.... |

At op i was made to understand that erecting a building on top a cassava farm was not really a gud move as in the site need to stay close to 1-2 yrs even after cutting down and uprooting those cassava roots, I stand to be corrected am just curious to learn |

Tonymegabush1:What we constructed was right behind the cassava Farm. The Cassava Plantation was a cover for the activities at the back. |
