A family member has just acquired a land, but I discovered the land is close to a canal which is directly behind the land and the land is always water logged during raining season, as the land is made up of clay soil. Infact, rice is just being harvested on d land. Although, the land becomes dry during dry season like this. pls, I need your advice if he should go ahead and build on the land. what could be the implication? Cc: Lalasticlala |

If there's a canal... He can channel an underground drain to the canal. Intact having a canal is a big plus for him. There's no where u can't build ,u just have to strengthen your foundation with respect to your soul type. I see no issues here. 1 Like |
