My name is Awolowo and I am a real estate developer in Abuja.
Having been in the real estate sector for almost a decade; I have acquired lots of knowledge of real estate investment in Abuja.

Best area to invest is the surburbs. Places along airport road. Value of land there can easily double in the next 5 years as the city is growing quite quickly.

Hello, I hope I post is right place, actually as a investor I am looking for investment opportunity in plots and apartment especially in bahria town Rawalpindi and Islamabad as it is growing place for investment. I found some projects about plots and plot for sale in Islamabad like Khanial Homes but looking for more options before invest. Please share if anyone have better opportunity, my budget is under 50 lacs. It will best if any body can share names of real estate builder & developers in Islamabad.
