The design and the actual area will determine the cost, I have done some projects in Ikorodu d i can tell you the soil condition differs (Ebute/Oluodo is slightly swampy with loose Soil, Maya/Adamo/Agbowa is a bit rocky)

. The cost is subjective. Many factors are considered to determine the cost that's why your plan will help. It's the plan that will show the dimension of the house, the partitions, the simplicity or complexity of the house and some other things. Am speaking from experience
