It's not the correct arrangement of the rainbow colours but it is the correct arrangement of the first letter of all rainbow colours to give a pronouncable word |

ROYGBIV is not a rainbow word but rather a mnemonic use to represent the different component of visible light in a increasing order of frequency and decreasing order of wavelength. 3 Likes |
