Veteran Nollywood actor, Jide Kosoko, has said one of his greatest wish for 2019, is that Nigerians should experience peace during the general elections’ period.

In an interview with Saturday Beats, he spoke about how 2018 was good for him. The talented actor also noted that his plan was to work towards producing successful movies this year.

“I pray for peace to reign in our dear country this year, our leaders should respect one another and stop unnecessary blackmail; they are only doing things that are not African. I pray for peace during the general elections; there will not be war in Nigeria by the grace of God.

“I thank God for everything; the Bible says we should give thanks in every situation we find ourselves. So many things happened in my life in 2018, which is why I’ll continue to praise His name. I will work towards the success of some of my movie productions this New Year; I would ensure they come out successful,” he said.
