Awka is the bomb. Many people and businesses in Enugu are relocating to Awka now due to lack of talent in enugu and the never-ending acute water problems in enugu. In ten years from now, Awka would have grown to become the second largest city in Igboland after Onitsha.

I don't know how they came about knowing the networth of these worthy sons, but when i saw Prince Eze as number-2, i was wondering just who number-1 would be and was surprised who came up and what they said he's worth. I'm sure you will be too. smiley

perhaps i overestimated his capital worth, i believe its because i value capital projects like the sky scrapper he built in his village more than the mansions the likes of other billionaires are known for. If others can key into that kind of project, Anambra would be littered with sky scrappers in no time.

My cousin that came back for Christmas from UK wish he could be visiting 5 star restaurant everyday to have meal. He really enjoyed nice meals here and decided to share this on his Facebook. Its really a nice place. The exterior and interior as shown below looks like those restaurants you had see in US and UK. The owner must have lived abroad.

Obiano has indeed changed the face of Awka. I’m impressed. Awka in 10 years will beat Port Harcourt if it continues in this pace. I can see proper dual carriage ways springing up around immigration hqs and other places, we need more of that.
God punish that criminal Peter Obi for setting us back with his trading (buying and selling) governance grin grin
