Greetings all,

Please my mom has not been feeling well for the past two weeks. She constantly complains of headaches,she's weak, complains of tiredness,she rarely eat, doesn't sleep in the nights until its day break, she's restless, talks off points-hallucinates (although she talks normal most times)and she finds walking very difficult (this has been one for a year plus but now its bad). We went to Randle General hospital and they gave us multivatins, paracetol, relev & a sleeping tablets but still no much difference; went back to the hospital, they told us to do a brain scan.
Before i forget she had history of coughing out blood (we did a culture test but nothing), although someone told me that its likely sleep apeana but i don't know. We are not that financially buoyant would have taking her to a private hospital. what can we give her before taking the scan.

Looks more of attack. Seek spiritual help from genuine MOG. You may also enter into serious prayer and fasting for God's divine intervention.

If the condition is very urgent take her to a teaching hospital near you. Almost everyone here thinks they can crack serious medical problem's without the knowledge for it.
Why was she coughing out blood? She needs serious medical investigation including that scan. All these cannot be accomplished here.

We actually went to LUTH when she coughed out blood that time and we were asked to do a CT Scan and the culture test.
The scan showed nothing was wrong with her lungs but that she has gallbladder stones whereas the culture test showed nothing.
Presently the doctors in LUTH are on strike. I know that all these investigations you talked about can not be accomplished here but i was actually hoping someone or specifically a doctor in the house can help. Plan to do the MRI test on Monday.

I am a naturopath and would like to ask you a question.

1) Did your mother fall at any time or hit her head on something?

Respond to this then I know what to tell you. Her hemoptysis seems to be from another source.

She didn't hit her head on anything but there was a time she fell around August but it was nothing just bruise on her leg & mouth....
Could it be the cause?

I suspect your mom may also be hypertensive and has suffered it for long. I may be wrong but all the symptoms you say she is exhibiting looks like something a Subdural Hematoma may cause especially since you confirmed she fell and the bruise on her mouth shows she hit her head.

Take her for an MRI of her head. I don't think she has an infection. Whatever is causing her to lose coordination, hallucinate, feel tired and have an uncoordinated walk can be linked to her head.

Do an MRI.

Let me take the easy one first before we go into a more serious one.
I have a specially prepared tea that can dissolve gall bladder stones. You do not pay any thing before I send it to you, not even transport. But it is not free o. We can conclude the rest on whatsapp.

As for the other part of the problems I am still monitoring the answers you give to see if I can help.
