Keep up to date will you. Spain's age of consent is 16. The new law came into effect in 2015. However for Sicko like Robert, the age of consent would have been 18. Only those relatably close in Age to the Minor can use 16 as their defence in a law court.

Oh btw If you actually read up and keep up to date with the Laws that govern your society, you'd have known Nigeria's age of consent is also 18

Section 7(4) of the Sexual offence Bill clearly states


‎(4) A person who commits an offence of defilement with a child between the age of sixteen and eighteen years is liable upon conviction to imprisonment for life.
