Zamfara had 95% same with Jigawa, Imo 94%, Anambra 84% while Oyo sate was 67%, in 2015, Anambra PVC collection increased significantly when the conducted governorship election in 2017, soon INEC will publish latest figures then you will know PVC collections in Anambra is higher than Oyo, below is 2015 before general election.
