An ingrate is somebody who is ungrateful after you do something for them... ask your dad, how many people has he helped? You can't call somebody you didn't help an ingrate, because one cannot be ungrateful for assistance that was never rendered.

You know who is an ingrate? Sen Dino, after receiving well wishes and votes, has been disloyal to his constituents, flaunting cars, outfits, travels, and making songs instead of representing his people or building a single project for them. That's who the ingrate in this story is.
