Job title: Facility Engineer
Job Summary:
Assure the effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to;
 Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems.
 Conduct and document regular facilities inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
 Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
 Installations of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment/systems.
 Explaining technical issues to clients and attending to client’s complaint at their residential..
 Manage property to identify, prevent, address, and eliminate all environmental, health and safety issues.
 Designing of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.

Required Education, Skills and Qualification:

 The ideal candidate is someone that is dependable, proactive, 2+ years experience and specializes in plumbing, electrical works and mechanical maintenance but has broad skills and is a handyman
 B.Sc/HND in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
 Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
 Good analytical/critical thinking.
 Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
 Must be teachable.
