Please where can one get cheap and affordable plot of land in Abuja to build a small structure. This every year house rent to landlord is not easy again for low income earners. I need a small plot of land in an affordable place.
I will appreciate suggestions and contributions.

Any axis aside Maraba nyanya will do.
Budget is 300-350k

I have a place in Jiwa, its after deidei market, its a bit far where building materials is but still inside, its going for 480k, its buildable and people are already leaving there.

Hello, you will get on kaduna road, about 15 mins after Bwari. I have a friend that stays there and I have been there and people live there to. You will get 50 * 50. The place is by Veritas University. Chat me up on 0.8.0.3.4.5.3.3.6.6.8
