Respond to enquiries/complaints/grievances online about the company’s products and services
Engage in prospecting clients through cold calling, and receiving calls
Manage existing clients; informing them on new and improved products and services
Take and process orders for clients promptly and accurately
Manage and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of existing clients
Develop and followup with a database of prospective clients
Requirements

Minimum of HND/OND
Must have an excellent verbal communication skill
Must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible to work shifts
Must have a good understanding of the retail sales process
Must possess an excellent customer service skill
Must have a strong persuasive ability
