This amount you guys are stating is it the complete amount a student is expected to pay or there are other fees that adds up thereby shooting the fees upward? cos I remembered paying 78k for my younger brother in his third year last year at bayero studying dentistry and this session he says the fee is 75k.

Good morning...
please can I link up with this bro of yours studying at Bayero?

I need to make lot of enquiries as regards MBBS admission and programme in that school and it is urgent.

Thank you so much

The idea of sorting in schools is not a a university-wide venture.
Truth is, there are scores of departments with zero tolerance for any form of sorting. However, there are departments too with bad eggs and believe me, such bad eggs have at some points been fished out and suspended.

That's not what we hear whenever public uni grads are trying to rubbish the grades awarded in private uni. They claim otherwise and I can't understand the sudden u-turn.

I can only speak for my school, which happens to be a public university. That said, not all of us are cut out for the irrelevant PrivateVsPublic university debate.

I have gone to school (a public university), and I have graduated.

If you think you're better (academically) because you attended a private (or a public university or even a foreign university), come out let us settle it with a standardised test. grin
Then I'll prove to you, that a UNIVERSITY matters ONLY A LITTLE to the graduates which they churn out.

All what you wrote here would have been best directed at the public uni grads who are always on the offensive. They are the ones always out to belittle the efforts of private schools forgetting that some of these private schools have many brilliant students.
As for your challenge to a standardized test, I am not interested because the best test of life is the impromptu ones life throws at us all and I expect the public uni army to handle the one facing them as regards their self-destroyed reputation as a standard test from life. You guys are reaping what you sowed in years past this forum and don't get too emotional about what we already know.

The fact that you sorted or cheated through school may make you more prepared for the jungle that is Nigeria and Africa but not the global stage. From time to time I see bad news of fraternity initiation gone wrong in some notable foreign school but you hardly see a white-man boasting about surviving such conditions. They put such rubbish where it belongs. You guys shouldn't be contradicting yourselves for boasting and ego sake.

Friend, whoever that tells you sorting in UI is possible is a liar. Let me give you a hint how marking is done in a department- 1. all Profs will meet on a stipulated date, time and place 2. then each of them is assigneed a sub-item or question to mark in each script. 3. the work is scored based on scheme and recorded by another prof. Illustration- Prof. A marks question 1ai of all students and another Prof. marks question 1aii and so on and the scripts are passed to the next prof. If you want quality education, please go to UI.

Pls sir, do you know about their Direct Entry Programme i.e school fees, the time of the year in which the form comes out...etc. Please help save a brother. Here is my WhatsApp number 09034140534
