The etymology of Martial art which is said to have many origins. According to evidence by legendary martial artist, it is believe to have originated from East Asia. Many ancient book linked the origin of Martial art to the spread of Buddhism from ancient India during the early 5th century AD, with the figure of Bodhidharma, to China.
