NYSC FCT coordinator, Mr Ballama Bello, orders a corper to kneel down for trying to leave during his address, on saturday, in Abuja. During his speech, he assured that the FCT NYSC has deployed both human and material resources to avert any threats to a peaceful and successful exercise and implored the corps members to adhere to rules governing the camp. NOC1:Who said nysc is a paramilitary? Under which law? Their is no place in the bye laws or the Act that such punishment is prescribed. It's demeaning. |
