I am not a fan of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but his points on some Igbo governors,particularly on that of Dave Umahi makes a lot of sense.
How can any sane Igbo governor been directly or indirectly campaigning for a man,who besides his acknowledged and admitted incompetence,and undisguised nepotism,has been killing and maiming men,women and children in Ibo states through the army and rampaging Fulani herdsmen?
Even if you don't have a party candidate,must u support such a beast,talkless of when you have one.
Umahi just conveniently used the excuse of the governors not being happy with the choice of Obi to focus on his real choice of Buhari because even if Umahi's father or son was made Atiku's running mate,he would have found an excuse too to still support buhari.
Umahi and that Obiano whose case is laughable,have openly shown support for Buhari's re-election to such an extent you wonder if they are not members of the APC and non Ibos,governing over Ibo states.Shameful

If Nnamdi Kanu wants his peaceful referendum...he better encourage Igbos to vote...because there is a chance PDP can win, and while PDP is not promising a referendum...they ARE promising restructuring...which MIGHT lead to a referendum for independence.

Boycott the election...and then what ?

IPOB better work with the reality of Nigeria. That;s how MASSOB was telling Igbos not to partake in the 2006 census...and that seriously backfired to the point that their leader regretted it publicly.

They claim Atiku did not make due consultations in picking Obi. That may have divided the Ibos someway somehow but not to the extent of supporting PMB. It's clear KANU is not in touch with what is happening in the east.

The Ibos loathe PMB. PMB's developmental projects in the east cannot buy him their support (they have working governors capable of doing those things). The strong resistance in the air cannot even make any eastern governor canvass support for PMB there.
