I've seen that pic on this forum some years back. Op why exhuming long buried skeletons? And that's a skinned animal with a complete head,just like the way they showcase wild cat skins with intact heads.

This is a picture of a dead mongoose that was skinned and repositioned to look like a scary reptile.

This is close to a fox bat.. but usually they have wings and limbs .
