jchioma: Trash. It's not about Buhari but, it's about doing the right thing. The CJN must go if found wanting.

GavelSlam:The way you guys reasons baffles me. Have you taken your time to read judgement on similar case passed by the same Chairman of the CCT last year? The issue here is not whether the CJN is guilty or not, but the fact that the due process was not followed. My take is irrespective of how strongly we feel a person is guilty, the rule of law should not be circumvent. This will prevent the executive from dictatorial tendency. If we continue to encourage the executive to violate the constitution and destroy the judiciary, it may boomerang to hurt the common people like you and I tomorrow. The question is: What if the executive became a tyrant tomorrow, who do we turn to ? Irrespective of how imperfect the judiciary is, it is still the last hope of the common man. The people who advise the FGN to embarked on this path without following due process may have the sinister motives of embarrassing PMB and I doubt if they even seek the counsel of the vice president. The president and APC has been mislead to commit this blunder. Keep your finger crossed for I am sure the FGN will tactfully withdraw from this case to do the needful. |

Wahala sleeps jeje. Yanga is waking him up for no serious reason. 46 SANs plus 43 Specialist Judicial Officers now mobilise against Yanga's immoral action. See how Yanga is now looking stupified like hypnotised Rabbit. Like the usual Fulani's Yanga and with Military swagger, surely, he didn't consult his Vice before ordering his actions. |
