Hi,

I need an architectural design for a property I am planning to build

***GROUND FLOOR:


1. Visitor’s Toilet
2. Main sitting Lounge
3. Dinning
4. Children’s Lounge
5. 1st Master Bedroom with walk-in closet between bathroom and bedroom (Same size as 1st Master Bedroom)
6. Self-Contained Room for Security Man - This rooms should only be accessible from OUTSIDE the main house but should be part of the main house
7. Self-Contained Room for Maid - This rooms should only be accessible from OUTSIDE the main house but should be part of the main house
8. Kitchen with space for breakfast table
9. Laundry
10. Garage - Accessible from inside the house as well
11. Study
12. Store

***UPSTAIRS


- 4 Ensuite bedrooms, with wardrobes, for Children
- 2nd Master Bedroom with walk-in closet between bathroom and bedroom (Same size as 1st Master Bedroom)
- Family Balcony - accessible from Master Bedroom as well and should be located such that air can pass through it
- Box Room


*****The staircase should be located such that someone could come down and access the Kitchen/Laundry area without being seen by visitor's in the Main Lounge & Dinning. It should also be able to access the staircase and kitchen & laundry area without being seen by visitors in the Main Lounge & Dinning.
