I had a 3.73/5.0 GPA in BSC Economics. I'll like to do my masters in public health abroad. Can I get a scholarship(partial/full) with that kinda GPA? What are my chances and what country should I look towards Pls?. Thanks in advance.

M.Sc in germany is free, how did your admission in france go?
