In a series of tweets, Atiku has simultaneously given Nigerians a slap on our faces and yet another reason to distrust him completely because of his never-ending string of lies. He has publicly insulted Nigerians with the flimsy reason he gave for not attending the Presidential debate. Is he running for President because he wants to move Nigeria forward or because he wants to “win” Buhari? Is this a high school inter-house sports competition or a pissing contest? Atiku has disrespected his party, his fellow contestants and the entire country by referring to a presidential debate as an “attack” on Buhari. Is his reason for participating in the Presidential debate proving himself to Nigerians as a suitable candidate or is his reason to “attack” and attempt to ridicule the President?From his response today, I think it’s safe to say that Atiku is a man who will continually put his ego above the needs of the country he wants to govern.

Not the issue. The OP isn’t absolving PMB of blame. PMB is sick and doesn’t know what’s going on. APC slapped Nigerians, Atiku personally slapped us. Sadly Nigerians overall aren’t educated enough to vote accordingly.

I agree Atiku is the lesser evil. He will make more money for Nigeria but steal half of it. It’s better than no money I guess. I wish the other parties would step down for a consensus candidate.

I was arguing 3 days ago with buhari supporters there were 6 of them against me and my friend,
Even when we provided them with reasons why buhari has failed they still couldn't reason with us.
Those people ain't ready to change.. That's why I'm not considering any other candidate ,because that would be a split vote

nobody expected Buhari to attend in the first place, its understandable, logical and rational for Buhari to have missed the debate, bcoz as the incumbent, the heat, attention and torrent of question would have been too much for him to handle, thats why he tactically stayed away.. but Atiku did a very big own goal by not attending, i wonder who advised him on that
