The GOGO Transport Concept; a transportation Tech Company, located at Ajah, specialized in delivering a Safe and Reliable transport around, is recruiting to fill the vacancies for a customer service support team & IT services. Successful candidate will be involved in Customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. Candidates will be evaluated for a Customer Service & IT role.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates the GO platform.
2. Attends to Clients Orders and Enquires
3. Documents all Paperwork.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
 Provide real time update to company’s management on prospects and company growth.
 Offer sales/purchase assistance to prospective clients and colleagues.
 Follow up on customer’s complaints and requests.
 Introduce new clients to company products and close deals.
 Manage existing and new clients effectively.

Competencies:
• Must be IT literate
• Must speak fluently and communicate excellently.
• Have ability to multi- task with little or no supervision.
• Must be Charismatic
• Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
 Preferred background in Sciences and Technology.
 Must be Flexible and Tech Savvy.
 Must have strong online presence and desire for the job.


ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Night shift Accommodation available
• Brunch provision
• Ability to learn in a tech startup environment.
