According to reports, over five persons were killed by Customs officials who raided suspected smuggler's hideout in Owode Idiroko area of Ogun state.

It was gathered that the officers stormed the area in a bid to apprehend suspected rice smugglers and in the process, shot many residents. 

Over five people were reported dead and many others injured in the chaos. 

The injured victims were rushed to the hospital and the corpses of the dead, evacuated. 

The incident caused a serious protest in the area by residence who called on the government to curb the activities of the Customs men. 

This is coming weeks after a Customs officer was killed and another injured in an ambush by smugglers in Ogun state.

The lifeless lacks the zeal and vigour required to run Nigeria. He is as corrupt as the so-called cabal running the government. I do not even want to talk about what is going on in Lagos. Another 4 yrs of lifelessness would kill this country. Even it lf it does not, another 8 years of Yoruba rule after the lifeless would ensure Ipob and Mend confuse this country. The only reasonable choice is an Atiku/Obi Ticket. If they do well, the Igbos would stand a chance. If they don't do well, we will suppprt PYO to remove them in 2023!
