Tell Buhari to step down first for bringing hardship into this country.

Hypocrites everywhere.

There are only two ways to remove the CJN

1.Through the NJC

2.Through 2/3 of the senate.

No court has the power to remove the CJN.Ditto the president.
Removing him will come up after he answered his case at the CCT. He should stop running and come to the court and show cause why the hammer of justice which he has used on many Nigeria should not be slammed on his coconut head and removed from office? grin

You're trash talking. The court has the powers
to order the NJC to sack the CJN as its chairman.

In a country that required urgent attention in terms of security, infrastructure and robust foreign policy, Buhari is not fit to be a district head not to talk of managing a complex nation like Nigeria.

He doesn't care about what you think.Shame indeed.Who determines shame?

But Boy-Chukwudi, you do know Judges require a very high level of integrity to function anywhere. Nobody will ever again accept a negative ruling by this criminal judge ever again. He is done, his integrity is now zero. Even among his colleagues - he has been successfully labelled a THIEF by the FG.

No where to go but step down!

He will only step down in your dreams.Since when did APC zombies become a standard for measuring integrity.

FYI The FG includes

1.Executive

2.Legislative

3.Judiciary

NO ONE ARM OF GOVERMENT IS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER.

Buhari heads the executive,Saraki heads the legislative while Onnogen heads the judiciary. After this crisis Buhari will realizehow powerful the judiciary really is.

is it too much film or too much stories that makes you reason the way you do.
There is a court order stopping that CCT drama today .
Even buhari will not dare give such orders at this critical period.
A federal high court can not order the cct, that order will be ignored and the case will continue. the court of appeal refuse to order a halt.

this man Is really stubborn

He is not just being stubborn, he knows he is guilty. We learnt that he was one of the judges that an enquiry sitting advised the then Gen. Abacha to sack due to corruption but Abacha died bfor then. So, he has corruption cases hanging on him already. He is only relying on the south south govs resolution that he shd not appear with the threat from the militants. On sunday another elderly Lawyer on channels TV said where did he see $900,000 as a judge if not corruption? How will you say a CJN shd be tried by its own people and u think there will be justice

The CCT can go ahead to conduct its kangaroo trial the CJN will ever honour it.The case will still get to the supreme court to decide then we will know who is really more powerful.

I don't have time to debate with zombies. If dem born the CCT well he should make such a ridiculous order. Before the end of today a higher court will throw it out and that will be the end of his career.
