I have seen circumstances when someone is asked to sign an agreement or even forced to (in movies), and it got me thinking, and I asked myself
1. Can't I deny my signature?
2. Can't I forge any signature and deny it afterwards or is there any means they use to know if it was me that signed it, I mean its mere signature and not a thumbprint.

Not possible. Unless, you will be using a new signature at every point in time of your life which isn't possible. Like bank account, house rent payment receipt, ID cards and every other documents. Think about it this way, if there any case that has to do with signature, it can quickly escalate to bursting your home to search for other documents, checking your bank account signature etc. There is no way you can get away with it.

Once u can prove u were under duress d signature is no valid.
