A boy has been celebrated online after showing his 'strength' by killing a cobra which was found in his house in Kogi state, according to reports.

It was gathered that the boy armed with a machete, attacked the big reptile and reportedly killed it singlehandedly in Dekina local government area.

The excited boy identified as Frank posed with the cobra after cutting its head off - to the amazement of their villagers.

Last year, a Student of Delta State Polytechnic, Luke Erukakpome, escaped being killed by a Cobra in his toilet. .

Snakes don't bite to attack. They bite to defend
Because i dey reason am why he be say if snake come meet us for house them nor dey harm us. Sometimes self you fit live with snake for two years inside house them nor go do you anything

There is no way you can be bitten by a snake in a residential building
Which means they respect us
