Court case everywhere. Two different court (Federal High court and State High court) gave ruling on the same matter. State High court is in favour of APC and FHC is in support of INEC decision... Court of Appeal next.....
February and March go full with court cases from all angles... grin

BTW another court says APC primaries invalid.In event of the two conflicting orders from the lower courts,the case will quickly go up to the appeal and supreme courts

The Court in Abuja affirmed InEC power to reject Candidates, if it feels the process was flawed.

But the High Court In Zamfara State, has ruled the process that produced the candidates were in order and ordering InEC to accept the lists.

That is a different judgement. This judgement is affirming the right inec has to give a ruling regarding the primaries.

However the high court ruling is different from this. It affirmed the primaries and had nothing to do with the rights or lack of rights which inec holds.

We know it may get to the Supreme Court, but before then, INEC can only obey the orders served on them...

Did APC conduct a valid primary within the time stipulated by INEC? That is the question the supreme court will resolve and not all this grammar huh

The question should not be about the validity of the APC primary but about the time period scheduled.

The word VALID you used should be scratched off in your context because the primaries were valid. Your argument should be on timing and not validity.

There was no argument against validity of the primaries held from ZAMFARA so where is your INVALID PRIMARY coming from?

First off, apply to maintain status then take case to appeal court.

I'm not a lawyer, but in Nigeria, you can almost tell the line of action.

Case will remain in court even after election. Then it will become a pre-ekevtion case. Should any other party win, then the APC will have themselves to blame.

That was the belief of the INEC before they rejected the Candidates list. Now a court of Law has ruled that the process was in order and ordered INEC to accept the List immediately.
