Just wondering, if the President actions were unconstitutional, why did Justice Tanko Muhammed agree to be sworn in as an acting CJN? Secondly, considering that justice Tanko is a senior Supreme a court justice and also the second in command of the judiciary, can he also be accused of not knowing what the law says? Thirdly, why is he dealing with illegality. Why is he not standing on the side of law and why did he not reject his so called appointment instead of joyfully accepting it. What do you think? 2 Likes
