Please let's stop this nonsense Justice Tanko is not the CJN ,he is only a pretender CJN in figments of Buharis imagination .. Make no mistake the swearing in Buhari conducted yesterday is completely ultra vires and at best a mere drill no different from any fire drill carried out from time to time on the grounds of the state house .. It matters not the number of kids or wives or concubines he has. That's his personal affairs. What matters most is the fact that the head of the institution that is to interprete our constitution could not tell the president that appointing him is ultra vires. How will a "learned" man flagrantly acquiesce to such an insult to the Nigerian constitution?.
