Well, it's not uncommon for people from the same country to kill each other over a myriad of reasons. Just last year a Zimbabwean national was found dangling from the side of the building for all to see. They wanted it to look like a suicide. It was later found out that he was killed by another Zimbabwean over a lottery win. Allegedly, he'd won a huge sum of money in our national lottery & was killed because of it by his friend/roommate. So not every crime against a foreigner is committed by South Africans. Somalis are also busy gunning each other down over issues only known to them.
