That should also include sending them to school and paying their medical bill. Because I doubt a man of his educational level will allow his children to roam the street as almajiri. What is his norminal income, divide by number of his dependant. That will give you answer to his real income. Common sense will tell you, that it is practically difficult for him to survive without gratification at his level and status. Gratification as I know, it is a subtle way of bribery, just as I quote from the Bible ' gift turneth the heart of a man.
