i plan to add 2 medium size room and a toilet/bathroom to my house in benin
pls i need a rough extimate of how much it will cost to build from foundation to roofing level on a average budget.I plan to stand the structure and roof it first,then do the finishing later.

more info, the bathroom & toilet will be combined

The picture of your existing structure would be needed so as to best give us the idea on how to attach this "new" 2 rooms and the toilet.

For clarity sake,I think the 2rooms should also house a living room and a kitchen too and I want to assume that it would be a detached apartment also.
If everything I've stated is right then I'll suggest you budget about 2million.
