the NJC that is holding today gives Buhari recommendations to remove the Suspended CJN, which one we go take?

The NJC position will be implemented but the latter scenario will not happen.The NJC will insist the rightful CJN is recognized before commencing any investigation on him.In law you cant give credence to illegality

The suit also asked the apex court to issue an order restraining the two
defendants in the suit – President Buhari and the Attorney-General of the
Federation, Mr Abubakar Malami – from continuing or repeating the
violation of the constitution and disregarding the power of the Senate in
respect to the suspension of the CJN.

These two are the major problem Nigeria has presently, the former is a dumb figurehead while the later is the real problem !!!

Majority vote of the principal officers of the house
The officers are
1.Senate President
2.Deputy senate president
3.Senate Majority leader
4.Deputy Senate Majority leader
5.Senate Minority leader
6.Deputy senate Minority leader
7.Chief Whief
8.Deputy chief Whip
9.Minority Whip
10.Deputy Minority whip

These are the senate leadership.6 out of these 10 officers(a majority) voted to move the case to the supreme court

I am blaming the National Assembly for not drafting our constitution very clear, all this madness from executives will be avoided. Other countries have their constitution well written out for one arm of government not to interfere to another arm of government.
But what we have in Nigeria is confusion everywhere to interpret the constitution, and as long as it is this way, the executive arm of government will continue to manipulate and intimidate other arms of government using the police, efcc, army, dss etc
