Darwin didnt even have the help of a simple microscope, all he had were hypothesis in a time when little was known. But even today his theories still hold weight. DNA doesn't prove that abiogenisis is impossible, of it did scientist would stop looking.

Pointing to human ignorance is a bad way to prove a point, in the past people thought lightening was caused by Zeus and diseases were caused by demons. Simply because they had not yet understood. On day humans will unravel the mystery of the DNA.
