Pls phone gurus, am currently using Tecno Pouvoir 2 (4g lte) but my signal is showing 3g instead...... What might be d cause pls? Is it the apn settings? |

Vicboi1: That app really helps. There was one time I was the only one with full network on my phone while everyone around me had very low signal. I substituted voice call quality for data sha. |

Vicboi1: I actually rooted mine before it could work & I never update. Maybe you should try resetting to factory settings |

Is your sim card 4G enabled and also is 4G available in your location. |

Go to your settings next Select More next Select Cellular networks next Select Preferred network type then Select your preferred option, you will find the list of 4gb 3gb and the likes |

Depending on your sim 4g band and your phone 4g band if it does not match it wont show 4g trust |
