They have 5 constitutional members in the NJC....
Their public stance is based on their NEC meeting and not the personal views(s) of those members.
So,are you saying all the Supreme Court Justices who stayed away from the constitution of the election petition tribunals on Saturday should also not be there?

He should not be among the NJC panel in the first place, his public stand on the matter shows fair hearing cannot be guaranteed. No NBA member should even be among the NJC committee regarding this issue.

the President of the NBA is the Representative of the Body, his presence on that council is by virtue of the office he occupies not his person, have that in mind.

For your information the quorum for the NJC is 2/3 so how does one man's absence prevents it from holding a meeting? please make researchs before quoting someone

Stop comparing thieves , be it ganduje or Walter or usoro, this guys have dealt serious blow on us and subjected us to abject poverty and concentrated backwardness, ganduje was captured stuffing dollars in agbada, usoro claimed udom gave him 1.4bill akwa ibom state money, Walter failed to declare 1.3bill and over 55 houses, this is just a tip of the iceberg , I bet you many more are sitting on I'll gotten wealth, this our duty condemn this people regardless of their party affiliate or ethnic/religion background....
