I heard NBA went to osibanjo to ask for an agreement which will allow the cjn step down without facing any trial, can u just imagine? d idiot should face trial and be persecuted, there's no immunity for a judge.

Information reaching the PoliticsNGR newsdesk this afternoon reveals that the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) will resume the trial of Justice Walter Onnoghen on February 4, 2019.

Onnoghen, who was suspended by President Muhammadu Buhari on January 25, 2019, on a directive issued by the CCT, will face trial over allegations of a fraudulent declaration of assets.

It will be recalled that Onnoghen had filed a suit at the Court of Appeal challenging his trial but his case was dismissed on the ground that the suit was "brought in a vacuum".

He can approach Okija court to stop the trial. Old man wey suppose just resign make everyone just forget he begin de show himself like say tomorrow no de. Hand go catch una one by one. Na so Atiku wife was paid to come and deliver judgment for our communal matter wey she no preside over but come give judgment.
