I doubt if the boy is returning from school because what he is wearing is not school uniform. The picture doesn't show its an accident scene. The accident happened around 1pm, but the picture indicates that it was taken at night. What am I trying to say? The boy may have died but this is obviously not an accident by a politician convoy. Prove otherwise.
