According to reports by Notebook check the AMD Radeon VII coming out February 7th was tested to be faster than the Nvidia RTX 2080. They were tested using: Extreme: 12,224 with Intel Core i9-9900K and 12,141 with AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Ultra: 6,688 with Intel Core i9-9900K and 6,707 with AMD Ryzen 7 2700X In the Performance preset, the Graphics Score achieved by the Radeon VII is 27,587, while custom factory-overclocked GeForce RTX 2080 cards can score 26,800. The NVIDIA card gets a beating when using the Ultra preset as well: 6,782 and 6,871 points (Graphics Score with the aforementioned Intel and AMD processors) for the Radeon VII versus 6,430 for the GeForce RTX 2080.
