dont u think that if mere suspicion is allowed to stand we will be changing CJN every three months because of who we are in Africa, somebody or a president (as in the case of onnogen) that doesnt like ur face can just heap allegations on u and because of ur "mere SUSPICION " theory the CJN will just resign
and if later the allegations are found to be a lie. wouldnt that be an injustice? and we will be using this method to loose our judicial best brains.
that NJC protection/immunity was put so that politicians and presidents cant penetrate and toy with them

the constitution is rigid. it only wants removal, not suspension. so follow the law
mere suspicion shouldnt disqualify him in this africa, because i know that we are a continent full of lies and witch hunting as in this case
if u are using mere suspicion to remove somebody here given the tribal,religious inclinations that are rife here, it will be misused. that's why the constitution is rigid with the ways of removing a CJN and not a mere suspicion
