We also did learn the same from Rwanda.Our policy makers toured the BRT projects of both Tanzania and Ethiopia so as to learn how they do it,in the end we settled for the Bogota City BRT model in Columbia.If Burundi emerges as best in banana farming or say mobile money,we will also learn from them.Our own IEBC toured Ghana to see how elections can be run effectively,we toured Mozambique to learn about their mineral industry,we will tour Seychelles and seek to partner with them because they have a good and a robust tourism industry.We will learn from everyone! We are learning from Djibouti how they manage to export meat and animal products and in the process earn a lot of foreign exchange.Uhuru's Jubilee party wanted to learn from CCM and ANC parties on how they have managed to stay relevant in so many years in the political sphere. No problem.I just don't know of what lessons we could learn from Nigeria.Even from the oil and gas sector,you can't take lessons from Nigeria.We have a MOU with Algeria though on that sector! I can understand why we trusted Algiers more than Abuja!
