Don't be deceived by APC "crowd". It is all fallacy. After Kano, you would expect the train to land in Jigawa immediately and may be Zamfara. But no. Next is Gombe. You know why? All the adjoining states to Kano were mobilised to Kano, so those states would be empty of paid agents who would not have reached Jigawa or Zamfara, so the train goes to NE state of Gombe where all the adjoining states are waiting. Same thing was done in SS. From Akwa-Ibom, they moved to Delta. Why exclude Cross Rivers and Rivers? The paid agent where all in Akwa-Ibom

Check Atiku's campaign. It moves within 2 to 3 states in close proximity. From Enugu to Ebonyi to Abia etc.
